Elliot Benoist, Jr.

Elliot Benoist, Jr. is a licensed attorney, broker, and commercial lines coverage specialist (CLCS). Elliot graduated from Bucknell University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, before pursuing a law degree at St. Louis University School of Law.

After graduating from St. Louis University School of Law in 2010, he joined the Lewis Rice law firm as an associate in the firm’s complex commercial litigation department. Elliot joined his father (a 50-year veteran of insurance at the Agency) at Crane in 2015 as an associate broker and IT risk management consultant — continuing his family’s legacy in the insurance industry.

Elliot currently serves as senior vice president. When not in the office, Elliot enjoys golf, swimming, and water polo, as well as supporting his three children’s many activities, including youth hockey, tennis, soccer, swimming, lacrosse, and gymnastics. He is actively involved in many clubs and institutions, including the Saint Louis Country Club, the Missouri Bar Association, and Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School, where he serves as alumni representative for the class of 2001.
